Terms and Conditions

The signer of the above application agrees and understands the following:

1. Standard Payment Terms are Net 30. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date.

2. All past due amounts will be subject to a monthly finance charge equal to 1.5% APR

3. You are allowing Pallet Machinery Group (PMG) to make inquiries into your banking and credit references

4. PMG reserves the right to terminate any credit privileges if the account falls past due
